Hours for app assistance are time-blocked to twice weekly off peak hours (Tuesday & Thursday). Applications will be completed in the order that the request is received. 

Don't worry, if you need it to be completed sooner you are absolutely welcome to give it a go on your own as well! Application documents & e-applications are available through the portal.
